And They Think Christians are Hypocritical: Try now homosexual Clay Aiken
Sunday, October 5th, 2008“Hypocrisy” is a word that easily slips from the lips of those opposing Christianity. But it is somehow never used to describe the homosexual community. What else can be said of the pop star Clay Aiken who was marketed to us as a clean cut Christian kids and as an example of all righteousness?
In his 2004 book ‘”Learn to Sing” Christian reviewers lauded Mr. Aiken saying, “You may not agree with his theology but his clarity and bold declaration of faith in Christ is refreshing and laudable.”
Clay Aiken, an American Idol runner up, appears on the cover of People magazine this week with a baby announcing he’s homosexual.
Wait a minute; isn’t homosexuality defined as; “We don’t have a choice - men having sex with men and not women.” Or is this one of those artificial insemination things? We’re still being feed, “we were born that way.” So now homosexual celebrities are coming out of the closet with child as evidence of what?
Once more the homosexual community has demonstrated its hypocrisy and deception in the likes of Clay Aiken.
Aiken’s alleged affair with John Paulus in 2004 became public to a Christian out cry. The Christian public had been deceived.
It seems if you can use the Christian community to advance your career, it’s okay as long as they don’t caught you trolling gay web sites as Mr. Aiken has reportedly done.
But don’t call coming-out-of-the-closet five years after these declarations, hypocritical. We’re just being honest about your sexuality. Ya sure.
